Answers to common questions about using JDEVerse.

How do I create a profile?

Click "Create Free Profile" from the homepage or the menu. You'll walk through a short wizard covering your basic info, skills, experience, and preferences — you can save and come back at any step.

How does Enterprise Score work?

It's calculated from real activity on your profile — certifications, years of experience, endorsed skills, projects, portfolio items, and email verification. It updates automatically as your profile grows.

Who can post jobs and events?

Jobs and events are added by JDEVerse administrators. If you'd like to post an opening or host an event, use the Contact Us page to get in touch.

Is my email or phone number public?

No — both are private by default. You can choose to show them on your public profile from Account → Preferences.

How do I ask a question in the community?

Go to Community and select "Ask Question," or use the Create menu from anywhere on the site. You can also start a discussion or create a poll the same way.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the "⋮" menu on any post, question, or comment and select Report. Our moderation team reviews every report.
